Teal Inspiration is 4 years old this month!

I started Teal Inspiration as an outlet to share my love of color and it has grown in four years to an actual business providing people with color advice, consultations and so much more! Thank you so much for all of your continued support and following. I know some of you have been with me since the very beginning and I appreciate that more than you could ever know.

In one of my more recent posts about what color looks good on everybody, I mentioned that teal is actually a universal color! This means that teal is one of few colors that looks good on everyone! Yay! And I think this is so fitting since my blog all about color inspiration is named for it.

But what about some ideas for how to wear teal? Can you believe that I haven’t done a post about this yet?! Neither can I! It’s about time for a post with some real Teal Inspiration.

Some tips for adding teal to your wardrobe:

There are so many shades of “teal” from pale aqua to turquoise, all the way to the deepest almost-black-teal. Some are softer and some are more intense, but there is a teal out there for everyone!
Teal is more versatile than you may think. It can be worn with so many different colors and also lighter or darker shades of itself. It’s also very easy to dress up or down depending on what it’s paired with.
You can wear teal with both gold toned or silver toned jewelry. Or mixed!
It can be used as an accent color or as a base color (much like a shade of blue). Just be sure to pick pieces that can be worn with items you already own.
