We’ve made a lot of progress on our home renovation in a short amount of time but I’m hesitant to call these pictures “after pictures” as they’re really much more like progress pictures. We still have a long way to go before I feel like we can say, “Hey, come check out our before and after pics!” Just as an example, having some furniture would really help. But as you’ll see, it’s getting there!
Here’s the entryway after the door and walls are all painted and the flooring was put in.
This is a shot of the dining area and the door to the garage, all with fresh paint and wood floor.
This is our home office space, which obviously had to be set up before we got a dining table or couch because we need to be able to work. 😉
Hansel and Pumpkin are enjoying the patio. They’re inside only cats but we can let them out here since it’s an enclosed area and they’re having a lot of fun just laying on the bricks and cement.
Of course, when you’re working on your house, tools and things congregate in the strangest places, but I’d much rather have all this stuff on the bathroom counter than the kitchen counter. Because that’s where it was before. And you don’t want to see pictures of that, trust me.
This will eventually be an awesome guest room. Right now, this is the best view of it but I do love the way the paneling turned out and how it looks with the flooring.
We’re still planning to get a new door handle set but in the meantime, this entryway cleaned up pretty good, don’t you think?
