Some descriptive words for the Autumn seasonal palette are golden, spicy and warm.
If this sounds like your coloring, you can double check here. Or to start from the very beginning to determine your personal color palette, refer to this post which includes a handy flowchart to eliminate guessing!

So, what should you wear if you’re an Autumn? I’ve put together this sample capsule wardrobe for colder weather and Autumn coloring. This is only a sample, so please feel free to use this as a guideline and change up the pieces to fit your individual taste and coloring. You should wear whatever colors make you feel great!
- Dark Chocolate Brown Blazer
- Coffee Skirt
- Camel Pants
- Rust Dress
- Beige Shirt
- Teal/Camel/Chocolate Print Top
- Beige Dressy Top
- Bittersweet Red Cardigan
- Dark Chocolate Brown Cocktail Dress
- Forest Green Pants
- Jade Top
- Dark Chocolate Brown Coat
Of course, this is just a few of the outfits you can create with these pieces; the blazer and the cardigan can also be interchanged and of course the big warm coat can be worn with all of the outfits as outerwear. I’m calling this the Autumn Palette Wardrobe Capsule version 1.0 because hopefully it’s the first of many.
