Blogs I Love Reading - Teal Inspiration

Before I started blogging, I actually never read any other blogs aside from Tumblr (which we won’t get into because yuck, even though they have pretty graphics and gifs there) and sometimes articles from A Beautiful Mess that my mom would email to me.

It’s been an interesting trip, slowly making my way into the world of blogging in the past two years. I’ve had some good experiences with fellow bloggers and yes, some bad ones as well. But I can honestly say that there have been many learning experiences along the way. I’m working on connecting with other bloggers more. It’s been a challenge for me but hopefully I’m getting better.

Today I want to share the blogs that I actually enjoy reading and the bloggers who make it all worthwhile.

Blogs I Love Reading and Bloggers I Admire

In no particular order:

Stephanie at Not Entirely Perfect – Probably the first person in the blogging world that I “talked” with. I love her blog because she gives awesome advice on so many things, not only organization and minimalism. And she’s not at all fake or phony; she tells it like it is. Plus, she has an adorable Pomeranian named Hawkeye that is worth instgram-stalking.

Helene at Helene In Between – Helene gives the best blogging courses and webinars. I’ve taken a few of her courses and learned so much that has helped me to figure out what I’m doing here. Her blog is always fun to read and her pictures of her travels are always drool-worthy.

Erin at Living In Yellow – Her blog is what I wanted mine to be when I first started here. It’s been a journey reading about her life and how much her blog has changed over the years.

Jane and Sonja at Sustain My Craft Habit – These sisters have a gorgeous blog full of amazing DIY projects and crafts that are beautiful and inspire me to be more creative.

Alexis at Chemistry Cachet – Alexis’ posts are very informative and give you the science behind what makes ingredients work and why they’re good for you, along with gardening tips and more.

Jenna at Jenna Rose Colored Glasses – A local San Francisco blogger that gives me something to aspire to. Her posts are fun and beautiful and leave me envious.

Leanna at Being Leanna – Leanna’s blogging style is down-to-Earth and real. I love following her everyday life posts as well as her travel posts.

Dani at Faster Than Forever – Her blog is up-beat and fun and she has always been so kind and encouraging when I’m feeling demotivated about blogging.

Chelsea at Making Manzanita – I feel like Chelsea and I started blogging at about the same time, working on our home renovations. She recently re-branded her blog and I’m excited to see what she does next.

Meredith at The Palette Muse – I love Meredith’s blog because she might be the only other person I’ve “met” who is as obsessed about color as I am. Her DIY projects are always impressive too.

Taylor at The Daily Tay – One of the ‘biggest’ bloggers I read. Everything she writes is hysterical and makes me wish I could capture more humor in what I write. Her adventures with her dog, Harlow are precious.
