First of all, let me just say that I do not sell essential oils but I do use them. I don’t have a particular favorite brand either. I’ve found that any well known brand works just as well for me as any other that I’ve tried. Personally, I like to buy my essential oils from www.rockymountainoils.com or Amazon.

What I’m going to share with you here are the essential oils that I consider to be the most essential, what I use them for, and how I use them. In other words, the most essential essential oils.

It’s also essential that you have a diffuser. This is the one that I use. It’s a good value for the money and I love that it’s quiet, aside from a white noise because I use it at night to help with my insomnia. Some others that I’ve tried made super loud bubbling noises that kept me awake.

Tea Tree Oil – This is by far the essential oil that I use the most. I use tea tree oil on absolutely any skin irritation. Blemishes, rashes, bug bites; tea tree oil works on them all. Just apply once or twice a day to the affected area with a cotton ball or q-tip.

Lavender Oil – Not only does it smell wonderful, lavender is known for its calming properties. I usually use lavender oil or a combination of lavender with other oils in my diffuser to help me sleep.

Thieves/On Guard/Immune Strength/Health Shield – Depending on which brand you use, this blend of several essential oils will have a different name. The amounts are not always exactly the same, so the scent will vary somewhat and you may find one that you prefer over the others. This blend is a must have for boosting immunity. I use it whenever I’m not feeling exactly well. Diffuse it to clean the air when you or someone in your house is sick. Apply to the bottoms of your feet to help you beat that virus quicker.

Lemon Oil – Lemon is awesome for cleaning and purifying. I also diffuse it for a fresh, clean feel in the kitchen or anywhere in the house.

Peppermint Oil – Peppermint is energizing. It’s also very helpful in soothing a headache or any tension or even car sickness. I apply it to my temples or the back of my neck and it starts easing the ache right away. A drop each of lavender, lemon, and peppermint also helps with seasonal allergies.
