I first saw the Three on Thursday idea quite a while back on notentirelyperfect. The idea of sharing three recommendations a week is so appealing because it’s not too many things where it’s overwhelming. It’s just enough to keep it interesting and fresh. The idea is to share three personal recommendations each week – things that I enjoy and think that you may like to try, do, or buy.

Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt – This yogurt has no added sugars, no artificial sweeteners and no fat. And it tastes incredible. If you’re a yogurt person like me, this is a good one to try because it tastes rich but it’s so guilt-free. I especially like the peanut butter banana flavor, but all the ones I’ve tried have been really good. They also make individual serving yogurt drinks which are yummy and easy for on-the-go.
Walking App – Redrock apps makes this free app that gives you a walking workout routine everyday. You just plug in your ear buds and follow along while listening to your own music or you can purchase music in the app. The app will tell you when to warm up, speed up and cool down. It’s so easy to follow along and get a great workout without having to think what to do next. There’s a different routine each day and each workout is around 45 minutes including the warm up and cool down. There is also a premium membership you can buy for $3.33 per month, but I think the free one is just fine. You can find out more and get the app in itunes here.
Faux Plants from Ikea – I love that they look so real. These faux plants add so much brightness and life in my house. I’ve had a few of these around for years and I never get sick of them. Almost every time I take a trip to Ikea they have new ones, or new on-trend pot styles. This makes it so easy to update the look or add a couple more here and there for a good price. The galvanized steel pots they have currently are super cute and affordable!
