March 1 is National Peanut Butter Lover’s Day. Or so I’ve heard. Even if it’s not, it’s something that I could celebrate everyday! Here are a few of my all time favorite peanut butter dessert recipes. (Which also happen to be healthy!)

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups from Alicia Silverstone’s Kind Diet are like homemade Reese’s peanut butter cups, only they’re actually good for you. These little guys are even better frozen!
Peanut Butter Banana Cake
This Peanut Butter Banana Cake is modified from Kris Holecheck’s 100 Best Vegan Baking Recipes. It’s one of the best cakes ever and I love making it for special occasions because it’s a bit involved. Still, I’ve made it quite a few times and it’s a huge hit no matter when, where or what time.
